Guessing CIM may have been at least one of the extras, maybe OWO too?   £90 for 30 minutes is out of my budget, though before seeing the review I did try to contact her twice with no reply.

Good, as the review is very different to what I found, makes me wonder if it was genuine, place is far from easy to find, right on a main shopping street, discretion is a lost word when visiting here
