As mentioned above, but eventually being given Jess's number to deal with her directly. got to say I'm not a fan of using agencies and this case proved no different. Small modern flat by the docks in Leeds centre. bit of a mess but not there to check out the décor. given location and the usual 'guided in' approach including being buzzed in via intercom until I was inside the flat. reasonably easy to find with big multi story car park not far off.
