Checked with Hot Collection about the availability of kissing/DFK.  They replied saying yes defiently on offer so I proceeded with booking. 

Turned up and very attractive but cold demeanour.   Was on the edge of walking and wished I did.

Literally like a complete cold fish for round one.  Very reluctant and not a hint of kissing.

Very reluctant to start round two and I just got bored of trying to encourage the issue.  Her English is poor so was flogging a dead horse. 

Walked after 30 minutes.

Complete waste of £250.  I’m out as far as Russian agencies go.

I would definitely follow up with them. At that pricepoint, you don't expect to be lied to by the agency about services.
