Thanks to the advice of a certain KT I made it clear at the start that money wouldn’t exchange hands if no tongue involved, which I guess may have forced the issue. Granted it wasn’t deep but was constant throughout the meet.

You may well be right but when I started using London agencies over 10 years ago there were a number of girls that would do CIM. Its something I have got but never really asked for but now days it does seem to be a paid extra.

There used to be a number of Polish girls on the London agencies where CIM was inclusive if you wanted it. Now days, there are a lot less Polish and a lot more Roms/Russians/etc that expect to be paid for CIM.
