Funnily enough the yoga is a mixture of pilates and some gymnastics along with yoga off course.

Veronika is not a qualified Yoga instructor but someone who has learnt a few manoeuvres and formed her own style but it is not yoga per se.

Although Veronika is very nice, as stated elsewhere, what you are paying for a yoga/pilates and massage is very expensive considering a Yoga class is no more than £10 (unless you are trying the more elite styles) and a massage in one of those Chinese Parlour say about £50.

Then work out the sums.
