Indies are usually hard to come by at that time in most of the country not just central london, But if you call around a few angencies they can point you at a few girls!

The thing is, I'm not keen on agencies. I don't like middle men getting any money...
Also, agencies hide behind "we don't discuss services on the phone" so you book, get there, and they don't do things you want. At least it was like that when I did use one last.

My advice would be to use the AW site. Run a proximity search for local escorts in your area and browse through. Most of them will even state their working times. Or if need be tick the box which says "available now" and a green symbol will appear on their page if they are available. But most of the escorts will not be at their computer to have the green symbol on but you can still call them and try your luck.

You can even tick the boxes as to what you want included in your service and it will match it up to the appropiate WGs that cater for those services. These WGs will either be independents or agency girls.
