Had seen some comments on a thread here about payments up front etc, but liked the sound of her so went ahead. There is absolutely no need to worry about the £30 deposit, its totally legit online through a major payment processor and probably achieves its aims of getting rid of timewasters. Not needed for subsequent appointments. First available slot was 2 weeks away.

Also found the fact that she wanted a phone call before agreeing to meet and subsequently wanted an online questionnaire completing a little over the top. Seems a lot of hassle for a massage with HR.

I was wrong, after the meeting I could see the effectiveness of the process although to some degree I suppose it depends on what your looking for.
