Why specifically Crookes? Sonsabi isn’t far and they’re not fully legit and neither is the massage place in Hillsborough which isn’t that far either sure there’s also one near Tesco on Infimary Road too.

I've lived in Crookes it's gossip central. Infirmary road is more like a refugee camp and Hillsborough I wouldn't want to live in, but there's a reason why you don't see begging and I respect them for it.

It's clear to anyone whose ever been to either area. Ever been to Upperthorpe which is sort of adjacent to Infirmary Road, I felt like a white spot on a domino. Or the bad part of Crookesmoor same story. It's an open secret beggars used to get literally kicked out and verbally abused if they set up camp in Hillsborough, don't know if that is still the case. So they go to soft touch areas like the Uni and the train station. No disrespect to genuine homeless people who land on hard times, every disrespect to those that pretend to be homeless and claim council housing to support a pipe habit. If you think I'm wrong please tell me, but I've seen it too many times.

Nope. I've lived in Crookes and go in any shop you will hear whose cheating on their wife, who got arrested, whose a tight arse. Any pathetic gossip you can think of. Funnily enough I didn't even know the massage place was there. I still have friends who live there so I'm down that way a fair bit.

To put it into perspective a parlour was closed on Eccy Road, pretty sure it was called Pandoras. If say a brothel opened in Crookes I doubt the residents would stand for it. Hypocrisy is strong with this one.
