I've seen the other negative/neutral reviews and I feel its about time to add my account of a booking I had with her, feel a bit cheated out of my time and not worth the £150 I paid for the hour.

Correct, she has been banned.

I would've thought that providing a good quality of service commensurate with the (premium) fee would be a better business model, rather than any appeal from an  additional cup size or two.

It's her responsibility to recognise the capacities and limitations within which she can provide a good service, and if she exceeds those and her service deteriorates then she deserves the reputational damage and impact on custom. I imagine that sex work takes a physical and psychological toll, but as stated it's her responsibility to manage that.
