You don't need to worry about what you do, you just need to worry about finding a good prossie, everything else will take care of itself. I was in a similar situation a long way back and it wasn't the best. A really fit girl walked in the room, put a condom on me, sucked me for 15 seconds and I was done - and she walked out the room. Not a lot of help.
