If, that is true, then that is a shame as I’ve had quite a few good podges (including my first ever threesome) at the ole Rom Hilton.  I once drove from my front door in Leeds, and parked up at the P&D meter outside the Towers in 18 mins.   The early afternoon traffic, the lights and the punting gods were all on my side that day.

You're in the back of an unmarked car heading down town........NOT the kind of trip "downtown" you were hoping for that night...

So now, not only do you risk a thumping from a thuglike Sergei, but can be arrested under the Sexual Offenders Act too?   
Punting at the Towers just got a whole lot riskier. I know of one reviewed SP that has not 1 but 2 Sergei’s in her gaff.

Let’s not kid ourselves, ‘if’ the police are patrolling the Towers now, they’ll know all about Vivastreet girls, who’s working where, names on leases, ..Party girls, = Class A’s….etc…   They are not gonna be patrolling without intel..ie,  neighbour interviews, security guard footage and the like. 
Hell, they might even punt occasionally too.. ..this hobby is open to all..

I foresee there are going to be a lot of vacant flats popping up at the Towers in the very near future….

  there was always at least 100  adverts on vstreet bd1 little germany , but over the last month its dopped to around the 60 mark....

   ive had some good punts down there in rom towers, never had no trouble myself but can imagine punters going at all times of day and night
   cant be nice for private residents with children living in the appartments.
  i was once met by a wg at the main entrance door and followed her to the room, walking down the corridor we had to pass some small children playing in the corridor
  being supervised by their mum ,i was a little uncomfortable as the parent obviously knew what i was up to
