Recurring fake/B&S outcall profiles

Since this year, I've come across profiles advertising outcalls from the Greenwich, Bromley, Bexley, Sidcup and Brixton area. The rates are always set the same: 1 Hour/1½ Hours... for £120/£180...

Here are some examples:

I believe these profiles are fake/bait and switch. They're usually gone within a couple/few days. Then they resurface with the same pictures or different pictures.
