Over 100 messages on SA, up for M&G, no mention of money, she was happy to travel. Arranged a date, she then asks what hotel are we using, I said I thought we were just having lunch but it got quite sexual and then she said ‘let’s not worry about money for the first meet’ which is what prompted my enquiry on here.
Now I know all this seems too good to be true, as indeed it was, but my point is that at no time did she ask for train fare, shopping, gifts etc. I told her I’d booked the hotel for the following day (I hadn’t) and then the expected radio silence leading to the profile disappearing.
May have been a girl or a guy having a laugh but exchanging 100 messages would've taken a lot of their time - they would've got bored long before that and moved on.
There are lots of girls on the site who are just curious and enjoy some attention from mature men. They like the
idea of great sex and social company with an older man, and perhaps they're even not that bothered about money, but they gradually decide they don't want to go through with it. Most bottle it but for some, they just lose interest.
100 messages would've wasted a lot of your time and perhaps distracted you from more promising leads.
The trick is to get them on WA fairly quickly, ask pertinent questions, gently push things forward and pick up on tell-tale signs in order to sniff out these timewasters fairly on. Ask questions about their intentions and previous experiences on the site, including whether they've actually met anyone. Also gently push for a M&G fairly quickly, explaining that is the only way to tell if there is chemistry. Taking ages to respond to your texts, being coy in their responses, failure to have met a guy after a long time on the site and putting off meeting etc are all yellow flags.
