Out of your 9 reviews in the West Midlands 5 are positive, 3 negative and one neutral. Can't say you have had value for money. I agree that paying more doesn't guarantee a better service, but in the case of the two SP mentioned  it appears from the reviews written that they provide a top service everytime.
