I've got a slightly strange experience to relate, for what it's worth. Like Johncee83, I quite enjoy the odd post pub punt (without the criminal damage bit usually). This means I quite often phone the usual suspects quite late at night. A few days ago, it was this one:

thanks, although I'm beginning to doubt myself now. I've googled the address (should have done that before!) and found info on sales of very cheap flats - as little as £20k a few years ago, as well as some rental info. I have genuinely always thought this address was homeless accomodation, but maybe it's just very low cost housing, probably with a fair few DSS tenants. Nothing wrong with that, but it looks rough as hell and I wouldn't go there for that reason alone.

I've seen her mate, she's a nice enough lass and provides a decent enough vanilla service. fair enough, maybe I was adding 2 + 2 and getting five - but I'm sure you can see how two relatively supportive posts from two accounts that were both created just before their one and only post, then never accessed again, looks a little suspicious.

You should post up some brief info on your visits to the usual suspects flats - it all helps. I often feel that "serves a purpose" functional punts, that you get in a usual suspects flat don't merit a full review, but often it's useful to know that pics are accurate etc.
