IMO Most WG are naturally sub or can easily adapt to being sub if you ask them.

No as Frankc has PM facility but his logo doesn't have the letter/paper inside at the moment, if you hover over the icon though it says whether the person in on line or off line so it may indicate that in the same way as the green icon next to the name
