I made an appointment a few days ago, was given street and agreed to text for number when I got there. Parked up on the street and texted to inform Kim I had arrived. Waited 5 minutes, no reply so sent another text. Waited another 5 minutes and get a reply "can you wait 5minutes please". Said ok. After another 5or6 minutes I get another text "can you wait 10minutes, customer not finished yet". That was enough for me so I just said no and left. She had obviously taken a booking in between me calling and my appointed time so deserves a negative
