Judging by the feedback on her profile, if she does escort it's only an occasional thing - of her 188 feedback only 7 are from escorting.  Could be it's just an extra service she provides to people she's cammed with?

Either way, it's only TGTBT when you see her prices - if she's charging £100 an hour, then it definitely is.  If she's charging double that, fair play to her for finding people stupid enough to pay it.
