Not sure as neutral or negative as meet did not happened

Story goes:

Messaged on AW 5 days in advance for booking
ECB replied agreeing to meet and asked to make a booking request online.
Did the booking request on AW which was read by ECB
Then radio silence. Messaged again on AW and nothing despite her initially agreeing and even reading the message.

Poor communications especially if I went to town that day awaiting the meeting

So she didn't confirm the booking on AW a good few days before the intended booking date? If that is the case, I really don't think this warrants any review at all. If she did confirm via AW then the review is understandable.

Doesn't sound like her TBF.... never met her myself but by all accounts she has a very good and professional reputation.

Do you have AW feedback? Maybe something there raised raised alarm-bells or spooked her?

It doesn’t sound like she actually confirmed the booking.
Just because a request goes in she doesn’t have to accept it.
But a polite message from her would have been reasonable

That's what I thought as well. She should have at least sent him message saying she can't do that date/time without giving a reason. That would have sufficed.

The SP agreed via message and then don't accept/reject the booking and leave it pending after reading it... Is she too lazy to act on a booking request? I would have rated Negative, time waster.

I did have a similar experience myself. Meeting was confirmed by text and confirmed on AW also. Was reconfirmed day before meeting. On day of meeting I tried to make contact whilst on my way to meeting ....... silence. Got an apologetic email the following day. The reason for the abandoned meeting was never really made clear but i wasted several hours that day.

Agreed that she should have sent you an email saying she couldn't make it. Takes one minute to type up.

Not sure when this booking was but I know she was away with a client for the best part of a week recently and booking got missed. I'd say this is unusual but still not nice that booking is agreed and a no-show.

She had 5 days notice for the OP’s requested booking date, which she agreed to. I’m sure if you’re going to go away with a pu yet you would know already.
