What I would say is use the current weather. It's way too hot for heavy meals and the main aim is to keep hydrated so lots of fluids. And whenever I've wanted to lose weight I fill myself to the brim with salads. It does work. You get your fill with few calories. Just make sure you keep your protein intake up (lean chicken and fish are great).
