She did the same to me (and a couple of others) a few years ago. Her response when I wrote about it on HA was "shit happens" and tried to claim I was at fault for posting the comment. Absolutely appalling attitude and I wouldn't touch her with a barge-pole.

There's a few TS out there who are only looking for smoke to be blown up their arse and don't deal with any criticism well. Rhian definitely fits into that category. That said, those who've actually managed to see her seem to get a decent service.
