Just my very subjective view but I have since age of 10 visited the region a number of times.  As you mention, Persians are often astonishingly good looking, same with Turkish women (though I haven't seen that many 'curvy' ones, they're often in very good shape).

I've punted a fair few Arab women in my time and dating wise too.  Soraya and KhadijaBusty stand out for their chebs but neither are what you'd call particularly attractive facially.
