The agency can't even be bothered to update calender. Last update was for week commencing 22nd July. And even then, it was updated late into the week.

I think raising the rates might have killed it off? At £80 for 30 mins and £160 for 1 hour, I'm sure you can getter better deals and offers on AW and also know exactly what services you're going to get. Personally after the price increase, there was no good reason to use Lush. Only person worth visiting and you know what you're getting was Jess. But even or me, the rates are too high for my liking so have held it off. At £60 for 30 mins, I'd have easily seen Jess many times at Lush without too much thinking, but at £80 I'm still open to it given it is Jess albeit will visit less regularly and be more picky. Given the amount, I'm picking for an ideal moment that doesn't seem to arrive, and with calender not being updated hasn't helped me plan ahead.

I tried to see her many times when she was an indie as the rates were more to my limits, but she was disorganised, and given I've never met her, it made it difficult to arrange a booking, and then would I hold it off after failed attempts (I had a regular off Vivastreet before, so just went to see her).

After much deliberation, now I'm OK to cough up £80 for her agency rates just to see what I'm missing before it's too late. I thought I'd be seeing her shit loads when she was an indie, but it didn't happen.

I'm trying to write a report for a meeting I had with Jess a couple of weeks ago, but it's giving me an error. I'll try later on, but if the problem persits, I'll just say the meeting was great (despite all the talking... Fucking hell) and the only thing that could improve was the agency bit: they hadn't updated the rota, so I gave them a call and they said they would need to check with Jess to see if she would be free and they'd call me back in 5 minutes to let me know. So after 5 minutes... I had to wait another 55 minutes and call them just in case they forgot about me. When I called them, they confirmed Jess would be available. Lush used to be the first agency id look at if i ever had the urge. Their £60 phh was their USP as an agency. I understand there's inflation etc putting prices up by a third is just too much.
