I don’t buy the shallow argument, however. Sometimes punters will have a narrow range of likes. When it veers outside that, they won’t book. Buyer decides. Shallow starts to touch on ‘relationship’ territory. I’m actually ok with that as I really like the banter and chat as part of the punt and it attracts me to go back. But we’re all different and ruled by various triggers. So, I don’t think it’s ‘shallow’ necessarily in a commercial industry to choose based on small physical changes.
Shallow from the girl, or from the punter?
Yes indeed, we all have our types, and we sometimes desire different types in our personal lives, compared with our punting lives of course.
For me personally, I dislike it when girls go extreme, big knockers, big arse (implants), pumping up lips with fillers, where does it all end? Yes, they will get bookings. Yes, they will have problems later in life with that level of extreme bolt-onery. And are they doing it purely from a business point of view? (Do they think they'll remove it all when their selling days are over?) Does it make them feel better about themselves? And is it actually just for themselves, or is it to make themselves feel wanted?
I guess it's complex.
