An apartment in a Stratford suburb, CV37 area. Discreet to get in and out of, although parking could be a problem, I found a space, and there was maybe one more. In general, the apartment was clean and tidy for its size, bathroom was ok, and the punting room was clean.

Quite simply put,
poor. She doesn't display her phone number, but instead has an email address for correspondence. Reasonably responsive on email and once a booking was made, I got a phone number for logistics. I made two attempts at a booking and the second one went ahead.
Take 1:On the day, she did warn me that she was out, and had low battery. Punt was booked for 5pm and she would be back shortly before. I drove for an hour, sent texts that I was on my way, coupled with ETA. On arrival, I got no answer from her phone. I had some work to do, so I drove off and sat in a café nearby on my laptop. Called her sporadically, and sent some email inquiries, but got no response. After 45mins, I made a plan B and left for that one when an hour had passed. I was furious, but the plan B was great, and on my way home from the plan B, I finally got contact from Carrie, that she had missed her connection, had no battery and was now available. This was 3 hours later... Obviously I ignored it.
Take 2:Still had her on my hotlist, due to a combination of my type, her price and proximity. I called the day before a potential meet, and agreed to call on the day to firm up a booking time. On the day I did call about an hour before I was available, no answer, no reply. Sent a text, no reply. I tried to arrange a plan B, and eventually a Plan F that I was on my way to, gave me a bad feeling so I fucked it off.
I'm now on my way to dinner with friends, and get a text from Carrie that she now saw my missed calls and message, and if I was still interested. Since she's quite close to where I was going anyway, I went with it.
We arrange to meet up after my dinner for a late booking.
I called at the agreed time, she answered straight away, and I got clear instructions all the way to the door 👌

She's not a clock watcher, and I'm sure we ran over somewhat, so for £50 it was worth it. She was into what we were doing, and agreed to all of my requests/directions without any problem or attitude at all, no eye rolling, huffing and puffing etc..
Given that the actual punting action was top notch, the review is a Positive, however the caveat is that her comms are poor and she is in general quite flaky. Make of that what you will
