Luna Portfolio - Cardiff

Called the agency Tuesday night around 10pm . Was told that Luna and another girl is available . Went with Luna so told the guy over the phone i needed around 30 min   to get to Cardiff. OK stopped of at the service to confirm and get a rough location for the in-call, so i know where i'm going.
So arrive near the location around 11.30pm .  Called them up 3 times and no answer, so i gave them a text " Is Luna still available if not can you let me know so i can make other plans' Rather than leaving me hanging.  Got a reply back few minutes later telling me Luna not picking up .
End of the day a total waste of time and a trip to cardiff . If they girls are not available there no harm letting the client know .
Wont be using them again.

    I know the feeling, tried twice and got the same response regarding Luna 
      Not managed a booking for many months for her or Willow, yet showing on call

Small point... You said you phoned about 10 & said you could be there in 30 mins but didn't get there till 11.30, now that is an hour late. So maybe that is reason???
Although, as a salesman, I would have called you to check you were on the way any how far off.... Still a fucking agency, wjo have a casual attitude to professionalism to say the least...

There was no initial booking time given.  I could have made it to Cardiff in 30 minute if she is avaialable  and address giving to me at the time , but that wasn't the case. There was no time giving on the booking . All i was told is that she is available  and need time to get ready etc.
