I get the sneaky suspicion that its the Mary from 61 Dean Street lower flat who used to work one week on one week off with Venezuelian Anna who is also at Greens Court.  Whoever Mary is it sounds like she's a major improvement on the current girls in Soho.  Defo worth a look, but after 10pm though.

Kaylan West has been knocking about in Soho since 1991 , first working on Berwick St. On corner in the days before redevelopment.
She is still a great looking blonde ,,  she does exotic services such as Anal & Kink but can be slightly robotic & doesn't kiss much.

In other walk-up news, I went to 52 Greek Street to find it closed. The order posted on the door says that it is a fire safety closure due to lack of adequate means of escape. It mentions the basement, which sounds ominous. The shop itself is open. I took a couple of photos and posted here:

I wouldn't be surprised if the LFB order is premeditated by someone wanting to get rid of the walk down. 
Unless there is a back door that's leads into some sort of court yard leading to the street, then it is not looking good for anyone concerned.

To get around the LFB order the owner of the walk down or building will be required to install a wired in smoke detector and control panel, fire exit signage, emergency lighting and maybe a sprinkler system. 

In years gone by in Soho this type of f***ery was resolved amicably for all parites concerned and business continued without much fuss.

I don't see the place reopening anytime soon if ever, but I've been wrong many times before so lets just hope I am wrong again.

Well on this walk down, they constantly smoke the maids, and the Romanian girls on their breaks, when you wait downstairs your cloths smell for days, and if an authority pass by to check, i am not surprised...

I quit walk ups but went to this conversation out of intrigue.

Nail on head. Local Authority can’t find any grounds to close so went for the LFB option (easiest).

From the Local Authority perspective if they could claim back possession they can sell it on to developers. One I use to frequent is now housing. If only the owners of those flats knew what it was before lol

Three weeks might be optimistic. The warning system is easy. To ensure easy exit tough one. Without remembering the design of place, that may need structural overhaul.

Tuesday 15 November:

Mayfair - I walked past 50a Shepherds Market at 11.50am and I was surprised to see that it was open. I thought it opened later than that, around about 2pm/3pm. It was still open at 6pm when I finished what I was doing in Mayfair.

Soho 7pm - Lily & Kate (8 Greek St), Ruby & Ivy (34 Romilly St). 52 Greek St still closed for fire safety reasons as detailed in posts above with a prohibition notice on the basement door.

I also walked past 70 Berwick Street. It looks like the renovation work is complete. There are two door bells. I imagine one for each flat. However, I imagine the flats are now available for rental or sale and won’t return as walkups. Unlikely that we’ll see the names of Nicole and Scarlett - those days are over.

I saw this as well. Looks like 70A Berwick St is going to be residential flats. I used to see Czech Lisa quite a bit. Does anyone know if she is still around? Most of the girls from this walk up seem to have disappeared.

I’ve never tried any of these places in soho area. (only Paddington) Anyone been here recently? Liked the look of the milfy Asian on the door. It’s likely the most open place I’d ever enter … but it’s easy to blend in once out on the street.

I've punted the Newport Ct massage parlour before; the girl was young and sexy, but service was boring and a rip-off. The London massage shop thread should have info on all the massage parlours around Chinatown and Soho.

Sadly with the closing of the 18 Newport Court walkup, there's no other full-service action on Newport Court anymore.

Finally got myself down there to sample Mary, however it was a complete waste of time.
I arrived about 11pm, Soho was packed with drunk people, walked through the madness to Greens Court where I found even more drunk people.  I watched as about 8 moroccans climbed the stairs at No 2 GC,  by this time I'm starting to think that this late night Soho aventure wasn't a good idea.
Anyway I ignored it and climbed the stairs at No1 GC, knocked on the door and the maid screamed back "1 minute"
I waited for a few minutes listening to the maid and WG watching television and laughing, by this time a very drunk guy came up the stairs and stood next me mumbling and laughing to himself. 

By this time I'm getting irritated so I knocked again, the maid screams back "1 minute", so the drunk guy shouts back at the door, both maid and WG shout back "go down stairs go down stairs".  I decided to leave the drunk guy there and walked around the block.
I came back around to find the 8 morrocans exiting and No 2 GC and climbing the stairs at No 1, so I walked around an even bigger block to take into account how pissed of the maids would have been with the drunk morrocans.

Eventually came back around and found the morrocans still at No 1 so I took a chance and went to No 2 and knocked on lower flat, maid answered and after I ask who's working she tells me Rebeka and Amber in upper flat.  I must say that the maid was really pleasant to deal with. 

Anyway I left and went for a walk around an even bigger block, when I came back there was another drunk guy sitting outside the door flat No 1 talking on his phone, I walked down the stairs and waited on the corner of Greens Court and St Peters Street for about 10 minutes, by this time I was approached by 2 guys who one of them asked me "do you know where I can get some c*ke around here,
I said "nah"
He said "come on of course you do" and then they walked off in a huff.

So you can all guess what I had to do, yep I walked around an even bigger block and I came back about 10 minutes later climbed the stairs at No 1 where I found another guy sitting outside of the door, he was pissed off because of the waiting while the maid and WG watched television, so by this time I had spent about 45 minutes walking around blocks, so I knocked on the door and yep you all guessed it, the maid screamed back "1 minute", I just simply asked "is Mary working", then a miracle happened and the maid walked 2 meters and opened the door wearing a mask over her mouth, she open the door wide and said "she's in there getting ready" pointing towards punting room which had the door open.  I said "thanks" and walked. 

Judging by the lazy and time wasting attitude of the maid I'm dubious if Mary would be a good punt, basically if the maid can't tear herself away from the television to walk 2 meters and tell all punters to come back in 30 minutes or so then in my mind that says a lot about the level of service a punter is going to recieve.

If anyone else is local and would like to do some reconnaissance on Mary the other days she works are tuesday, Thursday or Sunday, also Rebeka and Amber are available at No 2 and the maid at the lower flat is night and day difference to the idiot at No 1. 
You just can't get the staff these days.

I saw her a few weeks ago and same experience - had to sit outside on a chair with the worst of London pond life. However, she still delivered a top notch service and I am consistently surprised at how she keeps both 1) sane and "happy" and 2) a decent standard of service under the conditions that she works under because the night shift at Greens Court is bedlam.
