I would estimate it only takes about 15 minutes to walk past all the walk up locations, so the best bet is to just walk the route and see what is open. But from what I've noticed; 10 Little Newport seems to be open to around 10 or 11, 1 lisle a bit later, and then Green's Ct and Peter St I've seen open at 2 and 3 am.

Good point. Actually, my experience is mostly on the weekends, so I don't know if weekdays are much different. But as I said, it doesn't take long to walk the entire route of walkups to see what's open exactly when you are there. And it's not 100% predictable anyways because all flats being open/closed are influenced by random circumstances.

Absolutely true. The whole walk is 15 mins and can be plotted on your maps before you hit the ground. Can do a quick check on what's open, quick research on who's where then pay a visit. Can even walk up and see which names are on the posters if that helps
