In my opinion Kate's service is as good as anyone's in Soho. Great can-do attitude, warm, sane, grounded and very friendly, especially after a few visits. Angela works there Friday-Sun so it probably was her. Bad luck- she is actually one of my favorites but to be honest if you're a bit nervous and need time not your best bet.
