Never done a walk up. Need some advice. How do I spot them? Do I approach them or let them approach me? How much would I expect to pay for 15min to 30min.
An open doorway through which you will see some decrepit steps leading up (or down in case of No.52 Greek Street, sometimes controversially referred to as a walkDOWN). Some of them may still have a lurid paper sign stuck on wall just inside the doorway visible from the street advertising "MODEL" or "Busty whatsername".
