I'm thinking of booking an outcall this weekend or next & would appreciate some hotel recommendations.
Thinking particularly of a purple decored one by the train station as the entrance is out the way
probably best to pm me rather than advertise them for the whole internet (& mumsnet) to see.
hopefully someone can help & thanks in advance

Try the Novotel Woodcutter, its more discreet, you don't need a keycard to access to lifts or stairs to the rooms and there is a large reception area and bar.
The premier inn is keycarded and the reception is small.

Thanks for the pointer I really appreciate it.
Bit worried about naming & rating punt friendly hotels on a publicly accessible thread though in case of lurkers & do gooders.
Maybe you'd be good enough to edit the hotel names out?
But seriously thanks, its good to know this stuff
