One similar in Peterborough,up front payment for services.If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.Would not touch such an arrangement especially when their adultwork feedback has a red line.

Yes it is. I pointed it out even before that review was posted. Not sure why OP and the punter who posted that review didn't use the UKP search feature.
