You're unlikely to find what you're looking for in Chinatown and if you do it's going to cost you a lot.  Also, since this is such a high profile area the shops have to be very careful so they won't discuss your requirements with you in the shop.  What happens is that you pay for a normal massage (and there's signs everywhere saying that if you ask the girl for extras then you'll be asked to leave).  During the massage the girl will "accidentally" bump her hand into your nuts or "mistakenly" run a finger in your crack to see how you respond to it.  When you're asked to turn over half way through if she thinks you're up for it she'll ask you if you want a handjob.  What follows is a tedious game of bartering whereby she begins with, "how much you want pay?".  Bartering concludes with £20-£30 for HE.   But after that she may or may not offer to take off more clothing for more money and then it's back to bartering all over again.

If you're after a nude massage I would recommend you instead book a Thai / Asian masseuse on AdultWork (or another site) who advertises that she will go nude.  That way at least you know the full price up front and you'll be likely to get a much better experience too.
