She is on my HL at HOD but not at the top, maybe top 6 or 8. At the moment I am not really impressed with the HOD roster anyway, in particular no teen (that I can see). They had teens, but now they are all 21. 

Back to OP, at HOD she can fuck all day long (kind of), but not as a freelancer (unless she is in very high demand for some reason). So her rate can be a bit lower at HOD, due to more action. (my guess)

Not everyone is a fan of the Hod set up. Some guys will happily pay extra for an indie meeting. The girl gets the full dollar and punter more likely to get full time and possibly a better service. Her lack of availability on the Hod schedule suggests that she's doing OK so someone is evidently paying those rates.
