Comms: All by phone. Easy enough. About 2 hours notice. Called 30 mins before to confirm and received final directions with postcode. Given verbally so have a pen handy.

Def not my thing - really can't get my head around this one.... the pain is like nothing else I can  compare with (last time I was kicked in the balls was at school about 40 yrs ago) and not to mention any permanent damage that could occur.
