I think there's been a change in how that place is being staffed  / managed.
Previously most of the girls there have been from Birmingham, but that current group of adverts is linked to Nenar in Preston. A couple of weeks ago Nenar was working from that flat and not from New Hall Lane, and the "England7890" VS admin account is one of hers.
At the same time there appears to be a tranny working from New Hall Lane
looks to me as if Nenar and the granny flats management has been merged / taken over
