unlikely her client base is limited to positive reviewers(is that what you mean) or likeable ukp members, probably more likely to be the case that she is in high demand so either can't answer her phone or accepts bookings on immediate availability (as opposed to future booking)

I once had an appointment with Jessie, but she cancelled on me too. She did text me about the cancellation well before hand, which is very polite of her.
