I made a booking one afternoon last week by phone with a couple of hours notice, as she requests on her profile.

She had given me the street name, so I went to Sandown and then texted her to get the house number. This was about five minutes before the appointment time.
At this point, with no warning, she tells me she can't see me now as "some of my friends have turned up expectedly".

Very unprofessional, and she wasn't even apologetic when I sent a follow-up text expressing my annoyance at travelling to Sandown for no reason.
