Regarding your first question about independent or managed, I think you just start to get a feel for it with experience. I'm not a massively experienced punter myself and am not very good at spotting that kind of stuff yet - certainly not from the profile anyway. You can get a better idea from the punt itself but by then it's too late if you want to avoid managed girls I suppose. For me personally, being managed isn't a problem as long as they're not trafficked and are doing it willingly.

With the English thing, again I reckon its difficult to be sure but there are some things to look out for. First of all if it's a verified profile then it should mention the girls nationality (when you say you only want to see English girls, I'm assuming you mean British?) It's a very good indicator but even then it's not a guarantee as you can apply for a British passport if you have been in the country for long enough and jumped through all the hoops. Also, profiles can be sold on as well so if a genuine verified British escort sells her profile to a non-British person, the profile will still show as British.

A big clue for me is the language used in the profile. It's not a perfect system of course but in general if English is a second language, there will be idiosyncrasies in their use of language which can be a give-away. Sometimes this is really obvious, other times more subtle. As an example, looking at the profile of the girl you've reviewed, the first sentence is the clue for me:

'Dear Gentleman's welcome in my sex world'

Even if you accept 'gentleman's' as a typo, the sentence just doesn't ring true to something a native English speaker would say. To be fair, though, this is a very good profile as far as the English goes.

To find out if they are English, you could just call them (if they have a number available).
You can then tell by their accent what nationality they are.
Also this is a good way to find out if they are an independent escort or not.

The OP given as he thinks he might be little bit fussy could only be interested in white British Girls or it may just that be he wants a British girl in the sense that she was born and bred here and speaks proper Englsih. the first instance obviously restricts his list more than the all encompassing British born and damn their family origins would.

I can empathise as someone else who got into punting due to low self esteem. If they are well reviewed then it probably means they have enough sense to not act like they want you gone, as long as your are polite, because they want your repeat business. Although it does seems to take at least until the age of 26 or so for prossies to realise this should be their work ethic in my experience.
