I've been punting since August 2017 and I think my days of seeing WGs are over now.

Been punting a while and only discovered this site a few months ago. I was more a reader than a poster with less than 10 posts but I'm glad I came across it for honest reviews and such.

But on Sunday night I put a condom on before fucking this one girl. Had to pull out to change position at one point, condom was still on and I was back inside her. Some time later I pull out to cum on her body and there was no condom... It was inside her. When I held my dick after that it wasn't wet or anything so I'm not sure if it came off when I pulled out or if it slipped off mid-fuck.

I started questioning her at this point. She said she gets tested every month and that her last test a few weeks ago was all clear. I asked if she'd seen anyone since then and she said I was the only since coming to Glasgow this week and that she hasn't been working (whatever that means - probably a yes on the other guys). She also explained that she never does bareback with anyone and that this has never happened before.

I get tested myself as well every few months via Sandyford but I got in touch with them over this and arranged appointments for the clinic. I also got PEP from A&E as well to be extra safe. I think I'll be okay but still worried obviously. The lack of her barebacking and negative tests sort of reassures me but how can I 100% trust her answers? I think just over a year and a half was a good run on this little chapter in life. I think it finally caught up with me after Sunday night's little incident and I just don't wanna take the risk anymore with this sorta thing. I don't think I'd enjoy myself by being paranoid all the time if I saw another WG. Gonna try and wait for test results and take it from there.

What are your thoughts, if you have any, on the chances of me catching anything?

From reading various discussions and reviews on this you all seem pretty switched on over the risks etc. and I just hope you are all careful out there on the field and that this doesn't happen to any of you guys.

If shes a decent WG then she would get herself tested regularly and that should be good piece of mind.

If shes a minging skank, then yes I would be worried. Looks like you've taken the correct precautions tho.

The info I am about to offer is professional and come from years of study and practice.
You haven't specified in particular what it is you are worried about so I will make the assumption that you are worried about blood borne viruses particularly HIV. The incidence of HIV from vaginal intercourse from an HIV infected woman to a man is about 1 in 1000. It is a lot lower than people realise. It increases if you have any sores or have shaved your public region. The major risk is if you have unprotected (receptive) anal sex which is about 1 in 6.

Now with regards to other STIs the risk varies but you can get yourself vaccinated for HepB, Hep C is now curable, most other bacterial infections are treatable despite what you read in the press. Warts and heroes are with you for life. Crabs, just have a shave and boil wash all your towels.

However part and parcel of this hobby is to get regular Mots. Now seems like a good time for a checkup but I wouldn't be worried if I were you. Also if you lie and say you shag men at the clinic they can sort you out with PrEP which you can use or your own discretion as an extra safety measure (in addition to a condom!) but you didn't get that from me.

Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it. I guess HIV was a concern and I knew the chances were low but not that low so that puts me at ease.

I was a little worried about bacterial infections eg. chlamydia, gonorrhoea but a 2 week test should be suffice.

What got me more worried was earlier today after a wank, this little bump showed up right at the base of the penis under the skin. Read it could just be a harmful lymphocele which can come up after sex/masturbation and subsides with time (which it is now).

But thank you again for the advice, I really do appreciate it.

The guidelines for our local sex worker clinic is this.

Either stop working or be extra careful in case of breakage or condom loss again. Get tested again and then again a few weeks later. Get tested if there are symptoms.

They offer the HIV medication if the client
1. is an IV drug user.
2. has sex with men.
(This is the guideline NOT my opinion) 3. was born in one of the listed African countries- I believe this is on the HIV NHS page.

I suppose if you reverse this you have something to go on.
When you go to get tested say you were exposed while with a sex worker- they should give you the mouth/penile and anal swab and client-specific advice.
Personally, I haven't heard of any outbreaks recently (even from my own clinic) but I've also been out of the sex worker loop.

Try not to worry too. I think it's happened to many more people than may admit. This game always has risks, as does sex itself.

In over 30 years or so of punting things like this happen, and yes drink and flesh can be dangerous and I have fucked a couple bareback many years ago. Ive had a burst condom or two and one came off mid fuck.

you would need to be very unlucky to catch something. its a risk but a lot less than being knocked down. put it down to experience get tested and relax.

It happens. I had a condom breaking on me 3 years ago, then long time nothing and then it has happened again this year twice within a week or two. Wait couple of weeks, then get tested. For HIV you need to wait much longer but the chances of catching it from a vaginal sex are near zero.

An observation of mine from this is surprise there aren't WG's who state or are willing to show in some way that they are consciences re testing and sexual health. Presumably it would be benefical to nervous punters and maybe also be good for business. In this country there is no easy way to tell if a girl you visit is or isn't being as safe and sensible as possible. I was speaking to a seasoned Thai WG recently (who offers full service) about testing and was surprised how lax she was on it.

I don't really understand why mention of testing and checks seems almost like a taboo subject.

Can't help you there. In nearly every case I use whatever the escort has to hand and I never even notice what they are. Maybe I should.

I did briefly experiment with taking my own Skyn brand non-latex rubbers to see if they were any better for another problem, namely slowly losing my hard-on after a condom goes on, but they didn't make a noticeable difference.
