External Link/Members OnlyHaven't been to Maya's for a while but have generally had good experiences. Fancied a massage some months ago and Daisy seems to have a few good reviews as well as having a fuller figure that I like.
Booked a late morning massage. Was sent a request early on the day to confirm which I did, but when I alighted at Hammersmith I received an apologetic text saying Daisy wouldn't be working that day. Now I get that shit happens and staff don't turn up but there was no real effort to remedy the situation. The receptionist apologised a few times and suggested someone else (not taken) but something like an offer of £20 off if I rebook with Daisy would have been good CS. I might also have made more of effort to rebook which, as of this time, I still haven't.
