Very true about the photoshopping, though I've always found the pics to be a decent enough guide of how a girl will look in the flesh, providing you can look past the obvious smoothing of skin tone.
Their rota on the web site always seems accurate too, which is a nice bonus compared to most agency sites, where it might as will be titled "a list of girls that may or may not have been working on these days a month or so ago when we could last be bothered to update it".
