Billy makes the best point so far in this thread.

It's all well and good being Mr big dog but you've got to look at the bigger picture and remember where you are, where your from and what the personal consequences of being in that situation.

I'd have done the same as Billy and tcm suggests... I'd be on my toes, never to return.

Apologies I should have clarified.

She isn't doing anything illegal under criminal prostitution laws if she is working alone from a rented flat (although I now realise that isn't the case and others are using it so technically it constitutes a brothel)

The Landlord is potentially in breach of the law as his premises are being used for prostitution and he is gaining from it even if only one person were using it. I say potentially because convictions are very rare.

Of course there are the terms of the lease or rental agreement which is a separate civil law area.

The apology is about the only part you got right, you pontificate and try and sound as if you know what you're talking about but your post clarifies you've just heard  a few things and added them together / mixed them up, and you've not got a fucking clue , spouting outdated stuff into the mix, probably best you just leave it at the apology.
