I've used around 5 agencies all over the UK. Some more than once. I wont mention names as im not here to provide favoritism for one or another.

The issue with Scotland is - there are no flipping agencies!!! Theres one or two monopolizing and a few have multiple sites. I'm unsure what the status has been for the last few years but i will give my experiences of ones i have used within the time-frame of 2011-2014.

So lets go south of the border.

Newcastle, leeds, manchester, birmingham there's lots of competing agencies. This is good for multiple reasons, by competing the prices are better, by competing the images are also better. Theres usually more girls there as well which helps. I would never book a girl from an agency with 5 girls. Waste of time. 10+ would be my starting point. It would help in the event of no shows as they would let you know but say XX is available instead and some do provide a £20 discount in such circumstances.

The advantages of an agency is that you generally speaking have a time frame of who is available and if your independent lets you down last minute you can book an agency.

My rules:
Never book a girl who works 7 days ( will be a shit punt period!), never book someone who has worked for multiple years - mostly will be robotic
Age is just a number - every fucking agency will downplay their age!!
You pay for an hour - You wont get 61 minutes. Dont expect it - ever!!!

I never book incalls. The flats a shithole (ALWAYS). No one cleans them and more than likely the shower facilities will be terrible or non existent.

Thought I'd get my say in regarding that agency since you guys want both sides. I totally agree with holly - just a pimp with a cover story. The girls get so stressed because the agency (or the "office" as we so fondly called them) would tell the customer ANYTHING to get them to book.
