We made arrangements by phone 2 days before 'the meeting' - I had a last minute visit in the area for my regular job
I got there 10 - 15 minutes early, parked up and sent a text announcing my early arrival - no response, OK she could have been with a previous customer
Another text 10 minutes or so later followed by a call bang on appointment time - still nothing
I sat in the car and did some paperwork making occasional calls and texts until she was 30 minutes overdue - still nothing so I packed my things and went home
I suppose the only consolation is that if she was that busy, running late or just couldn't be arsed, then the service would probably have been crap
