Obviously I have no way of knowing if the OP is genuine. However, i suspect that he is as I have seen Shelly a few times and his descriptions of her, the flat and what they got up to were all very similar to my meetings with her. Even the negatives he mentions at the end are accurate. Personally I think the review is genuine, description of the location is spot on as I’ve had a few girls there before.
