Found External Link/Members Only but when I google the phone number I also get External Link/Members Only

Can't find anything using google image search.

Curiously, there is also External Link/Members Only which looks even more suspicious.

I'm wondering if there is one actual Japanese girl working in Dumfries, and some fake profiles as well.
