I saw the ads on vivastreet when I was in the area, I called and spoke to one, I asked if they could speak Indian during our time together as it ‘turns me on’ (only testing to see if they do speak it) at this point on the phone she told me she was mixed Indian and doesn’t speak Indian and is mixed Spanish.

So in reality probably Spanish or Romanian as they have darker features very similar to Indian girls and if you put an Indian dress on these Spanish / Romanians as per their pictures they kind of pass for an indian!

In summary not Indian.
