Prices alone would indicate there's nothing other than a massage on offer.
I've been for similar priced massages, and then offered extras. What makes me think, though it may be just wishful thinking, is when the 'masseur' poses in some sort of provocative way. For example, in the photos of Lilly of Durham, she poses on the beach and in her hallway in a way I wouldn't think a professional masseur would do - what do people think?
