That reads like a negative. I booked her long ago, and she kept trying to up the rates after I had booked, she was changing time all the time, bad at communications, she lied about it all etc etc. she is also verbally abusive, sending you a tirade of fuck you and so on.

That is especially bad in an outcall, frankly.  Especially when she expected me to sit around for a day and she would let me know a little before she arrived...with no clue given as to what time of day it would be. She's a lying narcissistic waster, as far as I'm concerned.

He is going for the incall where he is (probably) less likely to be fucked around.  I too was messed about when I booked her for an outcall.

Since an incall requires less effort on her part you have better odds of it going ahead.

I did a PN review on her back end of last year and it was Neutral but that was probably generous, she is good looking but her service is very dull, she has no talent for the job and is really just another student playing at being an escort. Well... I definitely enjoyed my incall with her.  However She did stand me up on an outcall before that, as she has with many others by the sounds of it.  Since she is back to only doing outcalls it is riskier.  Bit of a gamble as to whether she'll turn up!

I saw Rosa in a hotel near Canary Wharf today and had a similar experience to the OP. In short:
